FINAL Results
Marlo turned on some monster bags for those with their finger on the pulse. After a Saturday session that saw the top 10 all with 5kg or more Sunday saw movement everywhere.
For Team Zero Technique Josh Jeffrey and Connor Jackson they managed to charge home on Day 2 from 7th and took out victory with 10/10 for 11.065kg. In 2nd Place was Team Samurai Rods Dan Mackrell and Declan Betts who weighed in 10/10 bream for 10.575kg and in 3rd Place was Team Prestige World Wide who weighed in 10/10 for 10.345kg.
The Sunline Best Bag went to Team Zero Technique Josh Jeffrey and Connor Jackson who weigh a monster Marlo bag of 5/5 bream for 5.905kg
The Ecogear Big Bream went to Team Marlo Bait and Tackle Brad and Harry Young who weighed in a thumping old black bream weighing 1.755kg
The Zip Baits Monster Movers Prize went to Team Humminbird who weighed in a quality bag on Day 2 of 5/5 bream weighing 4.825kg moving them 24 places up the leader board to finish in 27th position.
The Shimano Junior Angler Prize went to Team Berkleys Cooper Hodges from who finished in 5th place.
The Millerogue went to Team 2 Old Legends Peter Howell and Mike Newman who weighed in a quality perch weighing 1.20kg
A huge thanks to all the 104 anglers that fished the event and made it an awesome spectacle for the Marlo crowd. Thanks to the Team at the Marlo Hotel for hosting the venue and looking after all the anglers with amazing hospitality and accommodation and to the Marlo Hotel and Motel for also housing a large majority of the field this weekend.
