Final Results

The Hopkins River produced some of the best fishing we have seen in years with many quality bags of Bream coming in along with some awesome sized Perch. For Team Midfield Michael Malone and Janaka Kandage they found the right pattern and the quality fish and with 2 very consistent days fishing they took out their maiden victory with 10/10 bream weighing 8.325kg. In 2nd Place was Team Wild Wings TXD Bogdan Zisu and Mario Grech who weighed in 10/10 bream for 8.230kg and in 3rd place was Team JL Angling Lewis Holland and Jessica Lane who charged from 17th place to 3rd with 10/10 bream weighing 8140kg.

The Graeme Taylor Memorial Trophy for the heaviest day 2 bag went to Team JL Angling Lewis Holland and Jessica Lane who weighed in a cracking bag of 5/5 bream weighing 5.505kg

The Sunline Best Bag again went to Team JL Angling Lewis Holland and Jessica Lane with their cracking Hopkins River bag of 5/5 bream for 5.505kg


The Ecogear Big Bream went to Team Rooworx Greg Rooke and Gary Curruthers who weighed in a thumping bream weighing 1510kg


The Zip Baits Monster Movers Prize went to Team JL Angling Lewis Holland and Jessica Lane with their monster day 2 bag of 5.505kg moving them 14 places up the leader board to finish in 3rd position.


The Shimano Junior Angler Prize went to Will Roberson from Team Crackers who finished in 14th place .


The Millerogue Big Perch Prize went to Team Hamilton Marine Stuary McKinnon andf Tim Treloar who caught a beast of a Perch that weighed 1.255kg
