Final Results


After weighing in another solid bag on Day 2 of competition Team Lowrance's Paul Malov and Alex Frankchuk have taken out the 2018 Bayford Volkswagen East Gippsland Bream Classic with 10/10 Bream for 8.97kg. In 2nd position was Team Berkley's Brad and Mike Hodges with 10/10 Bream for 8.36kg and in 3rd position was Team Atomic Samurai Rod's Steven and Lindsey Pryke with 10/10 Bream for 7.91kg and coming in in 4th position with a fantastic performance was the youngest angler in the field Michael Vukic fishing with his Dad Mario Vukic weighing in 10/10 Bream for 7.84kg. That made the top 4 positions all being taken out by Father/Son teams.

The Okuma Z-Man Big Bream went to Team Legend's Michael Newman and Mark Hayes with a cracking 1.26kg Black Bream
The Hurricane Monster Mover prize went to Team Pioneer's David Harding and Danny Torgenson who weighed in a Day 2 bag of 5/5 Bream for 4.17kg which moved them from 20 positions up the leaderboard from 43rd to finish in 23rd place.

The bream at Mallacoota definitely were on the chew over the weekend with 45 out of the 63 teams weighing in 10/10 bags.
