In another tough tournament on the Hopkins River Team Lowrance Millerods Paul Malov and Alex Franchuk proved that you should never give up in a tournament, when with only 1 fish at 12pm they made the correct decision to move back to their starting area and pulled their winning bag in an hour and in the process took out the 2023 Glenelg Hopkins CMA BCF Bream Classic with 10/10 Bream for 7.72kg. In 2nd Place was Team Samurai Rods Dan Mackrell and Declan Betts who weighed in 10/10 bream for 7.62 and in 3rd place was Team Fishin.com.au with 10/10 bream weighing 6.34kg.

The Sunline Best Bag went to Team Samurai Rods Dan Mackrell and Declan Betts who weighed in with a quality day 2 bag of 5/5 bream for 4.38kg

The Graham Taylor Memorial Trophy went to Team Richardson Marine Tackle Shack Alex Craig and Corey McClaren who weighed in a cracking Day 2 bag weighing 4.06kg

The JML Anglers Alliance Big Bream went to Team Samurai Rods Dan Mackrell and Declan Betts who weighed in a thumping bream weighing 1.29kg

The Hurricane Monster Movers Prize went to Team Savage Trailers Doug Phayer and James Blazewski  who weighed in a quality bag on Day 2 of 5/5 bream weighing 3.10kg moving them 21 places up the leader board to finish in 12 position.

The Shimano Junior Angler Prize went again to Mikey Vukic from Team Don the Sash who finished in 7th place. Also in another amazing gesture Mikey donated his Shimano prize to young 7 year old William Duncan who was fishing in his first tournament.
